Our sauerkraut is made in the historic Charsznica region of Poland, where fermentation isn't just a method - it's a cultural legacy. Using time-honoured techniques passed down through generations, we craft our kraut the way it's always been done: wild fermented and unpasteurised to preserve the living probiotics that make your gut thrive.

 

Unlike mass-produced versions, we never cut corners. No vinegar. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just cabbage, salt and naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria found on the leaves and in the air - nature's original recipe for health.
